Reaching the adroitcare.nz desk
Write to [email protected] and a person reads it. We answer in English, usually inside one working day, and always from New Zealand hours rather than an offshore call centre. There is no phone line and no chat widget: everything is handled by email so both sides keep a written record of what was said and when.
What to include so we can act quickly
Three details turn a message into something we can verify: the operator you are writing about, the date the thing happened, and a screenshot of the screen that showed it. A cashier confirmation, a bonus terms page or a rejected withdrawal notice is worth more than a description. With those in hand we can usually reproduce the situation on our own test account the same week and update the relevant table.
What we can and cannot do
We are a comparison desk, not a regulator or a law firm. We cannot release a frozen balance, reverse a closed account, chase a missing payment or give legal advice on your position. What we can do is check whether the behaviour you describe matches the operator's published terms, tell you plainly what we find, point you at the licensing body named on the operator's own footer, and adjust our ranking if the pattern holds.
Commercial and press enquiries
Operators, affiliate managers and journalists use the same address. Ranking positions are not for sale and we do not run sponsored placements inside the comparison tables, so a request to move up will get a short answer. Notifications of genuinely changed terms, on the other hand, are welcome and go to the top of the queue.
